Join us for a week on our Yoga and Meditation Retreat.
Complete beginners as well as the more experienced are very welcome.
The Teacher and the Method:
Sadhita has been teaching for many years. His method is an integral system of Hatha Yoga which involves Buddhist principles and meditation.
Rising at 7.30am we start the first session of meditation and yoga including breath training, meditation, systematic relaxation and posture work.
Breakfast follows at 10.00am, after which there is free time until lunch.
After lunch you are free to relax, swim, read, write, paint or explore the are until late afternoon when there will be a gentle Yin Yoga session focusing on long holding meditative posture work.
Dinner follows at 6.30/7 pm after which there will be another session of meditation.

Accommodation consists of shared single wooden chalets with en-suite facilities. All have forest views and veranda surrounded by pine trees. Food is all organic, three meals a day will be provided.

Pastoral Valley Farm Yoga and Meditation Retreat is £450 for a single chalet, £390 for a sharing chalet, includes all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner and accommodation for 7 nights plus teaching. Places can be reserved by sending a deposit of £250 Full payment must be received by 7th March.
